55" XVT553SV LED LCD Vizio - Screen flicker issues

I bypassed the home theater system with two BRAND NEW $35/ea HDMI cables (independently, of coarse) and it STILL flickers like crazy! I've even tried using different HDMI ports on the TV... same problem.
